Protector XL The new Protector XL Laboratory fume hoods are available in widths from 4 to 16 feet and have been extensively tested and engineered to provide safe reliable fume removal. Available options include: Paneled Liners in a variety of corrosion resistant materials Explosion proof lighting ADA compliant fixtures and controls Digital air flow monitors Tissue screen to prevent paper towels from entering the exhaust system Hand operated positive energy control system Meets requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OSHA Laboratory Standards and other ergonomic concerns SEFA #1 (Laboratory Fume Hoods)
	Protector Premiere The new Protector Premiere Laboratory Hoods incorporate a redesigned, sleek interior with a one-piece fiberglass liner, the signature feature of Labconco's leading line of fume hoods since 1960.
Paramount Filtered Enclosures Paramount Filtered Enclosures are self-contained work stations that use carbon filters to rid the laboratory of annoying or unsafe concentrations of organic solvents, formaldehyde, acid gases or ammonia. Unlike traditional fume hoods the require no ducting.
Protector PVC and Laboratory Hoods are ideal for trace metal analysis, acid digestions and other laboratory applications involving highly corrosive chemicals. Constructed primarily of thermoplastic materials, the hood has no metal components within its chamber. The few metal components mounted outside of the chamber have a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. This Hood is available in 4', 6' and 8' sizes. For perchloric acid and acid digestion use, the Protector PVC Laboratory Hoods may be outfitted with a washdown system that drains into the integral trough. For hydrofluoric acid use, a Lexan sash option prevents fogging and etching caused by fume exposure.
